Martin Kinsella

Engineering Manager

Martin Kinsella is the Engineering Manager for Comau Estil UK. Martin has over 25 years experience in automation engineering.

He joined Estil nearly 20 years ago and has been responsible for over 2,500 robot installations. During his time at Comau Estil Martin has been involved in all aspects of engineering from bid submission, simultaneous engineering, robot programming through to major body shop launch management.

Martin became involved with UK Trade and Investment group approximately 10 years ago following work with a number of leading UK universities in Warwick and Liverpool. This involved a wide variety of project work, mainly relating to automated welding techniques and system integration. In the last few years Martin has travelled by invite from UKTI to a number of locations including India, Mexico and China. Martin accompanied Lord Digby Jones on a UKTI mission to Mexico. At the end of 2008 Martin hosted a UKTI mission in the UK with 20 world wide delegates attending from UKTI from as far afield as Mexico and Russia.
